Registration & Fee Questions

How often do I need to register my child?

Registration must be completed each school year for after-school programs and again each summer for Summer Camp. Returning participants are required to complete a new registration for each registration period.

Why is Tennis Success charging a registration fee?

As Tennis Success continues to grow, registration fees help support equipment, program supplies, insurance, facility maintenance, educational programming, and other operating expenses while allowing us to continue serving as many children as possible.

Is Tennis Success becoming a program only for families who can pay?

No.

Tennis Success remains committed to serving all families regardless of financial circumstances. The new household-based fee system helps us remain sustainable while continuing to provide access for children throughout our community.

How is my registration fee determined?

Registration fees are determined using your household size and household income.

Why are some families paying different registration fees?

Every family’s registration fee is based on household size and household income. This sliding-fee model allows Tennis Success to remain accessible while ensuring the long-term sustainability of our programs. Families who are able to contribute more help make it possible for us to continue serving children from all financial backgrounds. Our goal is fairness, sustainability, and access for every child.

Why do you ask for household income?

Household information allows us to determine registration fees fairly and consistently for every family.

Your information is kept confidential and is used only for determining registration fees.

Will I have to provide documentation?

Families requesting free or reduced registration fees must provide one of the following:

What if I cannot afford my registration fee?

Families who cannot afford their assigned registration fee may submit a Registration Fee Appeal for consideration. Our goal is to ensure that financial circumstances do not prevent children from participating.

Is the registration fee charged per family or per child?

Registration fees are charged per child.

Do you offer a sibling discount?
